These Terms govern your use of trojansouls.com (the "Site") and any digital content offered by TRIBE Media ("we", "us"). By using the Site or purchasing content, you agree to these Terms.

2. The content we offer
TROJAN SOULS is a digital video work about George Michael, co-created by Andros Georgiou. It is made available to you via two purchase tiers:
- Rent (48 hours) — £4.99
- VIP — Watch Forever — £19.99
All tiers are priced in GBP and are inclusive of any applicable VAT at the standard rate.
3. How purchases work (Stripe as payment processor)
Payments are processed by Stripe Payments UK, Ltd. When you click a purchase button you are taken to a secure Stripe Checkout page to complete payment. In addition to these Terms, the Stripe Terms and Stripe Privacy Policy apply to your transaction. After payment, the film is delivered to you by email magic-link and streamed through an embedded video player on this Site.
TRIBE Media does not receive or store your payment card details.
4. Your consumer right to cancel — and why it is waived for streaming
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you normally have 14 days to cancel an online purchase. For digital content that is streamed or downloaded on demand, this right is lost as soon as performance begins — provided you have:
- Given express consent to immediate performance, and
- Acknowledged that you lose your right to cancel once streaming or download starts.
5. Refunds
- If the content is faulty, unwatchable, or materially not as described, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or refund under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
- Refunds, where due, are issued by us through Stripe to your original payment method. Contact info@tribemedia.uk to request one.
- Change-of-mind refunds are not offered once streaming has begun (see section 4).
6. Licence granted to you
Depending on your tier, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-commercial licence to view the content:
- Rent — for the 48-hour period beginning at purchase.
- Watch Forever — for as long as the content remains available on the Site under your access link; this is a view-only licence and not a sale of the underlying work or any intellectual property.
You may not download, copy, redistribute, broadcast, publicly perform, sample, remix, screenshot for commercial use, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
7. Intellectual property
All content on the Site and the TROJAN SOULS work — including footage, stills, music, text, the TROJAN SOULS name, and the TRIBE Media name — is owned by or licensed to TRIBE Media and is protected by UK and international copyright and trade-mark law.
Any use of George Michael's name, image, performances, or musical works is made under [FILL — summary of licence/estate authority, e.g. "agreements with the Estate of George Michael and the relevant rights-holders"]. Nothing on the Site transfers those rights to you.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Circumvent geographic, access, or DRM controls.
- Use bots, scrapers, or automation against the Site.
- Record, rip, or rebroadcast the content.
- Upload the content to social platforms or file-sharing sites.
- Use the Site in a way that breaks UK law or infringes a third party's rights.
We may suspend or terminate access for breach.
9. Newsletter / VIP list
Signing up to the VIP list is free. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in any email, or by contacting info@tribemedia.uk.
10. Availability & changes
We aim to keep the Site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. We may change, suspend, or retire content or tiers; existing Watch Forever customers will retain access for as long as reasonably possible.
11. Our liability
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that:
- Our total liability to you for any claim connected with the content is capped at the amount you paid for that content in the 12 months before the claim.
- We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
12. Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except that if you are a consumer resident elsewhere in the UK you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
13. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted here and the "Last updated" date refreshed. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
